- Do I need an appointment?
- No. You are welcome to walk in during opening hours. An appointment simply means we can set time aside for you, which helps for valuations, commissions and selling.
- Do you buy jewellery?
- Yes. We buy jewellery, gold, silver and antiques outright, and we will always tell you if a piece is worth more as itself than as metal.
- Can old jewellery be remodelled?
- Often, yes. We will look at the piece with you and explain honestly what is possible, what is not, and what would be a shame to alter.
- Do you undertake valuations?
- We carry out valuations for insurance, probate, estate planning and personal records. Please ask about turnaround and fees when you enquire.
